The Jerusalem Gardens Hotel And Spa

Kedem Hotel Group Transitions Management from Fattal Hotels with Plans
for Expansion and Guy Goldman Remaining as General Manager

JERUSALEM, Oct. 24, 2012-- Kedem Hotel Group, led by Kevin Bermeister and a group of private investors, today announced the former Leonardo Inn Hotel Jerusalem has been renamed the Jerusalem Gardens Hotel and Spa. Kedem is nearing completion of the hotel's management transition from Fattal Hotels, and has launched a new website at www.jerusalemgardenshotel.com.

Kedem anticipates expanding the hotel's operations in the near future. The company will also be seeking approval to build a new tower on the site, with additional rooms for tourists and other visitors to Jerusalem.

Guy Goldman, Leonardo Inn's general manager, has joined Kedem from Fattal and will lead the new management team at Jerusalem Gardens Hotel and Spa.

"This hotel is a gem for Jerusalem, a mini oasis and an ideal location for domestic and international travelers," Goldman stated. "I look forward to leading Kedem's efforts to renovate the hotel and improve guest services. We are excited to participate in the much needed expansion of Jerusalem's hotel rooms."

The Jerusalem Gardens Hotel and Spa combines a quiet environment with modern amenities and services in the world's most historical city. Ideally situated at the entrance to Jerusalem, the hotel provides easy access to many of the city's most fascinating attractions. The Knesset, the Israel Museum and the Bible Lands Museum are a few of the sites that are within easy walking distance.

Across the road from the hotel is the Jerusalem Light Rail line, which leads straight to the Central Bus Station and all other historical and cultural sites within minutes. These include the Western Wall, Makhane Yehuda Market, Yad Vashem, Jerusalem Biblical Zoo, Jerusalem Botanical Gardens, Jerusalem Theatre, International Convention Center and much more.

Jerusalem Gardens Hotel and Spa provides great value with 180 fully refurbished hotel rooms and suites, a spa and health club with a sauna, Jacuzzi, and outdoor and indoor swimming pools. There is also a welcoming bar lounge, modern conference rooms, and free parking onsite.
