Since launch, Evolution Hospitality has acquired the management responsibility for nine properties including the Queen Mary Long Beach for Save The Queen, LLC; Hotel Adagio San Francisco and Homewood Suites Seattle Convention Center for Chesapeake Lodging Trust; a Calabasas hotel undergoing significant renovation and repositioning as an upscale independent hotel, launching mid-2013 for the Chanel West Group; and the Courtyard Long Beach development for Nexus Companies.
