The property (327 Pierce Street) will feature 260 rooms; five floors with terraces; roof garden views of the ocean and intracoastal; a pool and romantic courtyard in the heart of Hollywood Beach, Fla.

A concept of Moses Bensusan and designed by Paula Villabonna, the property will cater to the day-into-night guest with more than 500,000-square-feet of accessible amenities and living spaces.  Just steps from the hotel will be “Hollywood Village” an outdoor mall offering everything from boutique shops to restaurants, holistic day spas and even a synagogue.
