Rim Hospitality Assumes Management of the 309-room Crowne Plaza
San Francisco Airport Hotel in Burlingame, California

New Owner, Upsky Enterprises, Plans Extensive Renovation

NEWPORT BEACH, CA - October 3, 2011 - Rim Hospitality, a national hotel management company, announced they have assumed management of the 309-room Crowne Plaza San Francisco Airport hotel located in Burlingame, California. Upsky Enterprises, a China based firm, recently acquired the hotel and are planning an extensive multi-million dollar renovation for all guest rooms and public spaces.

"We are excited to add this property to our growing portfolio and we look forward to launching a new chapter for this hotel with a new look and a new energy once renovations are completed," said Mark Burden, President & CEO of Rim Hospitality.

The 10 story full service hotel is located 1.5 miles south of the San Francisco International Airport and has nearly 12,000 square feet of meeting space.
