Cruz most recently served as the Assistant General Manager of the Archstone, a contemporary luxury apartment community in Studio City, California. Prior to that, she was the Director of Rooms at the Hilton Pasadena and the Hilton San Diego Bayfront, as well as the Director of Front Office Operations at the Hilton San Francisco. She also spent more than a decade in hospitality management in Spain, including at the Barcelo Hotel Sants and the Fira Palace Hotel, both in Barcelona.

Cruz is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, the University of California at Berkley and the UB Centro Espanol de Nuevas Profesiones in Barcelona, Spain.
