Awesome 4 & 5 Star Hotel Room Furniture Must Go

How do you know when a deal is a good deal?
That’s the question the founders of Upgraded
Rooms Hotel Liquidation, Inc. (URHL), a new husband-and-wife-run
hotel liquidation firm first asked themselves when they launched their
business
just three years ago. However, they were
not trying to answer this question just for themselves. They were
learning how to answer this
question for their customers.
With prior careers in marketing, customer service and logistics, the pair set out to combine their skills, catering to the renovation needs of owners and managers of economy-sized lodging properties such as Day’s Inn, Motel 6, Econolodge, Super 8, ABVI, Best Western and the like. "Very simply,” says proprietor, Vicki Borgese, “We want our merchandise to come from top notch properties because our customers have had too many prior experiences buying used furniture, only to learn - after it arrived - that it was really used furniture.” Vicki is quick to add, “Our customers deserve better than that, and that’s why my husband and I started this business.” Husband, and business partner, Paul, reinforces this attitude adding, “We’re about building lasting relationships that provide real, bottom-line value to our customers.” With no warehouse, URHL has managed to keep its costs well below the industry, and has transferred those savings directly to its customers, by shipping merchandise directly from the liquidating hotel. “Take now, for instance,” says Vicki. “Right now, we have beautiful furniture and mattresses coming out of four and five star properties in San Francisco, Denver and Philadelphia at prices that are unthinkably low.” An entire room can consist of headboards, desks, armoires, nightstands, lounge chairs, wall mirrors, desk chairs, desk lamps, nightstand lamps, floor lamps, drapes, TV's, and several pieces of wall art - all in very good condition. According to Paul and Vicki, their customers are delighted with deals like this because they know they can’t find this combination of quality and value anywhere else. (The hotels Vicki is referring to are The Monaco in San Francisco, The Loews Hotel in Philadelphia, and The Holiday Inn in Denver – all pictured in this release).
