Travel Outlook Premium Hotel Call Center Contracts with Sugar Bay Resort and Spa,
U.S. Virgin Islands for Improved Conversions and Superior Customer Service

November 9, 2012 - Travel Outlook Premium Hotel Call Center has signed an agreement to provide reservations call services for Sugar Bay Resort and Spa, a popular full service resort in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands.

"After careful analysis, we determined that it made sense for us to add an effective voice reservations team to answer inbound reservations calls to ensure that we were not only capturing the maximum revenue possible from the calls, but to also add an additional opportunity to provide excellent customer service for our guests", says Carol Slee, Sugar Bay's Vice President of Sales and Marketing.  "And after reviewing proposals from several vendors, we decided that Travel Outlook was the best fit for our property".

Travel Outlook is unique in that its team connects directly to a hotel's property management system, providing real time access to a hotel's room inventory with no additional booking fees.  "In addition to seeing substantial increases in voice reservation conversions, our hotel clients appreciate our enhanced reporting and that we interface directly with the systems they currently use to manage revenue,” says John Smallwood, Travel Outlook's CEO. "In addition, we guarantee to meet or exceed the ADR currently being earned at the hotel level. More conversions and at a higher rate are an unbeatable combination."

Travel Outlook employs a unique commission-only business model for most of its clients.  “Our reservation specialists are paid on actual conversion,” says Smallwood, "so we are only compensated when the call is converted and the guestroom is consumed. We do not charge for cancellations, changes, or other services, and our hotel partners benefit from experienced hotel industry professionals while avoiding the additional expenses associated with salaried or hourly employees."
