Portland, Ore. – (Nov. 6, 2012) – The historic Heathman Hotel, Portland’s premier, full-service luxury hotel has added Rachel Reber as a Sales Manager. “We are pleased to welcome Rachel’s return to the Heathman Hotel,” said Stephen Galvan, Director of Sales & Marketing. “Her dedication to providing outstanding customer service as well as her commitment to furthering her knowledge of the hospitality industry makes her a valuable addition to our team.”

She first gained hospitality experience at Edelweiss Lodge and Resort in Garmisch, Germany. She was a server and hostess in three restaurants, co-directed customer service training programs and interacted with an array of international guests.
