November 12, 2012 - The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority (the “Authority”) requests proposals from qualified development teams interested in developing, financing, constructing, and operating branded, mid-priced hotels on an Authority-owned site located on D Street in immediate proximity to the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center in Boston, Massachusetts. 
 
Proposals must be received at the Administrative Office of the Authority, Attn: Theresa Ruane, Contract Administrator, Massachusetts Convention Center Authority, 415 Summer Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02210, not later than 12:00 noon local time on January 7, 2013. 
 
Proposal requirements and content are set forth in the Request for Proposals (“RFP”), which may be obtained from the Authority’s Contract Administrator, Theresa Ruane, Massachusetts Convention Center Authority, 415 Summer Street, Boston, Massachusetts, on and after November 15, 2012 and via the Authority's website www.massconvention.com/rfp.  Proposals must be submitted in hard copies, with a signed original and a CD-ROM containing a PDF version of the proposal, all as set forth in the RFP.
