Waterford Hotel Group Names Paul Dubuque as Executive Chef and Cody Webber as
Food & Beverage Manager at the Historic Andover Inn in Andover, Massachusetts

ANDOVER, MA (November 28, 2012)Waterford Hotel Group has named Paul Dubuque as Executive Chef and Cody Webber as Food & Beverage Manager at the historic Andover Inn in Andover, MA. Built in 1930 and renovated most recently in 2010, the Andover Inn is located about 25 miles north of Boston on the 500-acre campus of Phillips Academy, one of the oldest private secondary schools in the United States. In their new roles Dubuque and Webber will collaborate closely on enhancing the culinary experience of the guests to the Andover Inn, including a new menu at Samuel’s Restaurant featuring local and seasonal ingredients. Waterford Hotel Group, a national hotel and convention center management firm with offices in Waterford, CT, professionally manages the Inn.

As Executive Chef, Dubuque will oversee the culinary team of Samuel’s, the Inn’s signature restaurant featuring upscale dining and classic New England fare. A nominee of the Best Chef America guide in 2012, Dubuque joins the Andover team with more than 20 years of experience in the food service industry. He began his career as the Assistant Food and Beverage Director/Executive Chef at the Holiday Inn Conference Center, then as Executive Chef/General Manager at the Factory Italian Dinner theater, both located in Scottsdale, AZ. Dubuque most recently served as Executive Chef for both Cobblestones of Lowell and Moonstones Restaurant of Chelmsford. He currently resides in Hudson, NH.

In Webber’s role as Food & Beverage Manager, he will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage culinary operations throughout the Inn, including catering and banquets. Webber most recently served as Food & Beverage Supervisor for the Wyndham Boston Andover, as well as his position as Manager for Moonstones Restaurant of Chelmsford. His experience also includes managerial duties at Cobblestones of Lowell. Webber resides in Lowell.
