Benchmark Hospitality International Names Patrick Snodgrass as
Controller for Chaminade Resort & Spa in Santa Cruz, California

The Woodlands (Houston), Texas, December 20, 2012
Benchmark Hospitality International, a leading U.S.-based hospitality management company, has named Patrick Snodgrass controller for Chaminade Resort & Spa, the award-winning and historic property overlooking Monterey Bay in Santa Cruz, California.  Kevin Herbst, Benchmark’s general manager at Chaminade, made the announcement.

“It is a pleasure to welcome Patrick to Chaminade Resort & Spa,” said Mr. Herbst.  “He comes to our property with important experience in financial accounting both within and outside the hospitality industry.  We look forward to his contributions to our leadership team.”

Patrick Snodgrass was previously controller for the St. Louis Union Station Marriott Hotel, located in the National Historic Landmark in St. Louis, Missouri.  Prior to this, he served in the same position for the Renaissance St. Louis Hotel-Airport.  Mr. Snodgrass has held senior financial positions for other major brand hotels, as well as for a real estate development firm and a consumer products company.

A Certified Public Accountant, Patrick Snodgrass is a graduate of the University of Missouri where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.  He is a member of the Hospitality Financial & Technical Professionals Association.  Mr. Snodgrass is relocating the Santa Cruz with his family.
