FRAMINGHAM, Mass. (December 19, 2012) – Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center, an iconic Framingham hotel where old world charm meets contemporary comforts and exemplary service, proudly announces the addition of Blake Alleyn and Kristin Mazeika to the catering management team. The dynamic duo brings experience and expertise that is second to none in the positions of Director of Catering and Social Catering Manager.
Alleyn served as the Director of Catering at Sheraton Needham Hotel prior to teaming up with Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center and will be responsible for managing food and beverage sales and all services for events. Mazeika was an Event Services Manager at Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Boston - Westborough and is joining the Sheraton Framingham team as the Social Catering Manager and will oversee all of the property’s social events. Combined, the new wedding team brings more than 15 years of experience and will be responsible for all aspects of events and gatherings at Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center.
As a graduate of Johnson and Wales University in Charleston, S.C., as well as Midlands Technical College in Columbia, S.C., Alleyn holds two associate degrees in Business Management and Culinary Arts.
Mazeika is a graduate of Westfield State University in Westfield, Mass., and posses a degree in Communications with a concentration in public relations. While attending Westfield State University, Mazeika participated in the Disney College Program in Orlando, Fla. and was involved in many charitable organizations including the American Cancer Society.
