With nearly 40 years of experience within all sections of the hospitality industry, Sanavia serves as Chief Executive Officer where he oversees all of the day-to-day operations and management decisions regarding the new venture.

Prior to joining Solaya Hotel & Resorts, Sanavia was the General Manager at numerous 5-Star properties, among them two Kempinski properties, Le Mirador Kempinski in Switzerland and Kempinski Hotel Giardino di Costanza in Italy. He has also served as General Manager and Operational Director at several other properties throughout the region. His international track record of performance at upscale properties throughout the region is certainly undeniable.

Further qualifying his leadership abilities is Sanavia’s impressive professional education, which was developed at the most distinguished academies, among them the School of Management of Lausanne, Switzerland, and Cornell University and Reims Business School of France.His broad curriculum features certificates, trainings and awards like the Golden Helm International Award of Tourism and the Italian Excellence Award by Master Meeting.
