(Exeter, NH) - September 26, 2012 -  Hay Creek Hotels announced today that it has formed a new venture with US Hotels Group to acquire two luxury boutique properties, The Orchards Hotel in Williamstown, MA and The Centennial Hotel in Concord, NH, from the Carlyle Group. Under the agreement, Hay Creek Hotels will retain a 10% ownership in the hotels and will continue to manage both properties.

The Orchards, an AAA Four-Diamond hotel, is a classic rural property perfectly situated in the Berkshire Mountains. The 49-room hotel feature 3,100 square feet of event and meeting space, an award-winning steakhouse and numerous guest amenities.

The Centennial Hotel, with its contemporary design, is located in the heart of New Hampshire's state capital and offers guests modern accommodations and amenities within a historic Victorian landmark property.
