July 10, 2012 -  McKibbon Hotel Group, Inc. of Gainesville, Georgia has announced commencement of construction on the SpringHill Suites by Marriott® Pensacola, FL. The hotel is located at 487 Creighton Road and has 106 suites, meeting space, a fitness center, outdoor pool and fire pit patio area.
 
McKibbon currently has 5 hotels under construction in 3 states including the Aloft Hotel Downtown Asheville, Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando Airport, and the Residence Inn Little Rock Downtown—which are all scheduled to open in the next 12 months.
