Innflux Achieves Marriott Property Internet Certification through
Advanced Network Design and Proactive Support

Chicago, IL - July 26, 2012 – Marriott International, Inc. has certified Innflux, LLC as a Marriott Global Property Network Standards (GPNS) approved provider for property Internet, following months of rigorous testing and acceptance periods.

The Marriott GPNS program creates a consistent, industry-leading property Internet offering of the highest quality across Marriott brands.  As one of a limited number of hospitality Internet providers to pass the certification program, Innflux offers an exceptional track record, focus on constant innovation and utmost network reliability to meet the increasing needs of property managers and their guests.  Innflux manages an end-to-end solution that stresses forward-looking network design, vendor-neutral equipment selection, and industry-leading proactive network monitoring and support.

Particularly unique to Innflux is their Chicago-based Network Operating Center (NOC) and aptitude of in-house support personnel.  Tier 1-3 technicians work in unison from the centralized U.S. location to proactively ensure network health, provide guidance to hotel staff where necessary and ensure compassion is extended to all property guests.

“We have been very pleased with Innflux since partnering with them for our Guest High-Speed Internet needs several years ago,” remarked Jason Rothenberg, Project Director at 3H Group (Chattanooga, TN).  “The networks are very reliable, and robust.  It is evident that the technical staff are beyond capable, and are extremely familiar with the hospitality industry.  In the rare occasion that we have an issue, we always immediately get through to a support agent, and they address the issue quickly.  We look forward to continue to expand our portfolio of hotels using their service for many years to come.”  Given the enormous impact of wireless Internet on the overall guest experience, the Innflux team works tirelessly to ensure top metrics in this all-important Support category.

"We are very excited about advancing our partnership with Marriott, an industry leader with a demonstrated commitment to quality and guest loyalty", said Brian O’Connor, co-CEO of Innflux. "Through design, installation and support, our networks align well with Marriott hotels’ uncompromising focus on guest service and satisfaction.”
