Before joining The Hotel at Auburn University, Anderson was the Sous Chef and Head Banquet Chef at the five-star Solis Lough Eske Castle in Ireland, a sister property in the Capella Hotel Group. Anderson previously served as the Head Chef at The Tara Hotel in Killybegs in County Donegal, Ireland and as the Senior Chef de Partie at the Gordon Ramsay at Claridge’s in London, England. His extensive experience in the kitchen also includes serving as Head Chef and Proprietor at An Cistín in County Donegal, Ireland and as Head Chef at II Posto Restaurant in Dublin, Ireland.
Anderson attended school at St. Catherine’s Vocations School in Killybegs, County Donegal, Ireland and Tourism College in Killybegs, County Donegal, Ireland. He holds a certificate in H.A.C.C.P. Food Management and in Professional Cookery.
