The 164-room BEST WESTERN PLUS Madison-Huntsville Hotel
Opens in Madison, Alabama

MADISON, Ala., July 31, 2012—Best Western International proudly announces the opening of a newly renovated, full-service hotel situated minutes from Huntsville International Airport and the US Space and Rocket Center. The 164-room BEST WESTERN PLUS Madison-Huntsville Hotel is operated by Cathy Anderson and owned by AFT Six, LLC.

With the southern charm and tech savvy cities of Madison and Huntsville as its home, the BEST WESTERN Plus Madison-Huntsville Hotel is near Cummings Research Park, Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail, and Huntsville Botanical Gardens.

Renovations to the BEST WESTERN Plus Madison-Huntsville Hotel were completed in all areas of the hotel. Guest rooms feature new carpeting, window treatments, furniture and bedding in muted shades of sage, blue, beige and brown. Guest room bath rooms were redone to include granite countertops and new lighting. Subtle patterned carpets, lighting, window treatments and amenities are new elements in the 5 meeting rooms which can accommodate as few as 2 or as many as 150 people. The lobby features modern and stylish furnishings, a fireplace, community table, sundry shop and a fully equipped business center.

The hotel provides an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, 24-hour fitness center, full-service on site restaurant, dry cleaning and guest laundry. The tastefully appointed guest rooms feature soothing décor and modern comfort and conveniences suited to today’s business and leisure travelers. Rooms provide a single king size or two queen size beds; granite vanities; mini fridge; complimentary high-speed internet access (also in public areas); spacious work desks with ergonomic chairs; 32 inch, LCD TVs; MP3 compatible alarm clocks;  plush bedding and combed cotton linens. The hotel’s Port of Madison restaurant delivers guests contemporary American cuisine using locally-sourced, seasonal foods and serves a hot breakfast buffet and dinner daily.
