News for the Hospitality Executive
NEW YORK – August 10, 2012 – Cushman &Wakefield today announced James Escarzega has joined the firm’s Global Hospitality team as a senior director. Based in San Francisco, Mr. Escarzega will provide highly specialized debt structuring, debt and equity placement, and hotel sales for hospitality clients in the United States territory.
A division of Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt & Structured Finance, the company’s Global Hospitality service line delivers integrated capital solutions in all asset classes in the financing and sale of hospitality and resort properties.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Escarzega most recently served as Senior Vice President of Pinnacle Realty Investments where he was responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, valuing, managing, and closing of more than $1.9 billion of lodging transactions, and debt & equity placement assignments in all lodging segments and product types across the United States and the Caribbean. His previous roles include senior level positions with Pinnacle Advisory Group and Four Seasons Hotels.
Mr. Escarzega holds a B.A. from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration in Ithaca, New York.
