that they
have arranged the sale of the Wingate by Wyndham in Cleveland,
Tennessee, on
behalf of Cleveland Hotel Company, LLC.
Sunlight Hospitality, LLC out of Nashville, Tennessee acquired this
asset that is located at 110 Interstate Drive.
Senior Vice President, Kyle Stevenson and Senior Associate, Trey Scott led the Hunter team on this transaction. The 80-room Wingate by Wyndham was completed in 2001 and underwent $900,000 in renovations in 2009. The hotel sold for $4,600,000 ($57,500 per key).
