HOUSTON - August 15, 2012 - From some of the globe’s most exotic locations to Houston’s Four Seasons, Freddie Khoo brings a world of experience to Texas as he becomes the Director of Food & Beverage at the city’s only AAA Five Diamond Hotel. Mr. Khoo arrives here from the Four Seasons Resort Seychelles where he held a similar position, but it is yet another promotion in an amazing, world-traveling career that has had him in the tropical paradises of Lanai, Hawaii, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and St. Kitts and Nevis in the Caribbean to the thriving metropolis of Singapore, the excitement of Seattle and glow of Toronto in Canada. Beginning in 1994 at the Four Seasons Singapore, Mr. Khoo has worked all but one of the last 19 years for Four Seasons Resorts and Hotels and all of that in association with food and beverage services. Among his many responsibilities at Four Seasons Hotel Houston will be the hotel’s acclaimed restaurant, Quattro and Vinoteca Quattro. He will work in close collaboration with Executive Chef Maurizio Ferrarese. In addition, he will oversee the hotel’s many banquet and private dining events.
