Most recently Dan was the keynote speaker at the Eleven hosted event "Exploring the Impact of 2012 Technology Trends on Guest Expectations: Jumping on the Bandwagon or over the Shark?" where he provided his insights on guest technology trends and how best to leverage them within hospitality. He and his team are active members of HTNG, serving on their Point of Sale Workgroup to enhance and simplify the connectivity of POS systems to PMS technology. Dan also has multiple patents related to internet technology.
