Anish Patney Appointed as General Manager of the 237-room Sheraton
Hartford Hotel at Bradley Airport in Windsor Locks, Connecticut

--- Anish Patney has been appointed as the new General Manager of the Sheraton Hartford Hotel at Bradley Airport in Windsor Locks, CT. The newly renovated, 237-room full-service hotel is professionally managed by Waterford Hotel Group, Inc., a national hotel and convention center management firm.

As General Manager, Patney will oversee all operational, sales and administrative aspects of the Sheraton Bradley. With more than 17 years hospitality experience, he has held numerous positions across several franchises, including Marriott, Starwood and Hilton. In 2000 Patney served as a Restaurant Manager at the Hilton Dedham in Boston, MA, and since that time has held such positions as Director of Outlets for the Sheraton in Framingham, MA, and Director of Banquets at the Westin in Providence, RI. He joined Waterford Hotel Group in 2006 as Director of Banquets for the Marriott Hartford Downtown in CT, where he was later promoted to Director of Food & Beverage. Patney most recently served as Director of Operations for the full-service, 285-room Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa in Groton, CT.

Patney holds a Diploma from the Institute of Hotel Management and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in General Studies from the Osmania University in Hyderabad, India, a Master of Business Administration degree in Hospitality Administration from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI, and a Certificate in Restaurant Revenue Management from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY.

He currently resides in Broad Brook, CT.

About the Sheraton Hartford Hotel at Bradley Airport
The 237-room full-service hotel is the only hotel located within the Bradley airport complex, with an elevator from the indoor, underground 300-car parking garage providing direct access to the hotel and Bradley International Airport terminals. The Sheraton Bradley has been renovated to include new bedding, bathrooms and amenities. On-site amenities of the 10-story hotel include a Concierge Floor and lounge, an indoor swimming pool and complete exercise facility, high speed Internet access, fifteen meeting rooms, a full-service restaurant, lounge, Starbucks Cafe and grand ballroom to accommodate meeting and banquet functions up to 400 people. The hotel offers several unique packages, including a stay, park, and fly package.
