(NYSE:WYN), today announced the addition of the Ramada Resort Phillip
Island property to its expanding portfolio of resorts in the South
Pacific. The agreement for the property, formerly known as All Seasons Phillip Island Resort, is for management rights of a selection of villas providing a combination of studio, two and three bedroom self-contained holiday apartments which will serve as a mixed-use property. In addition to the franchise agreement with Wyndham Hotel Group, the world’s largest hotel company with approximately 7,200 hotels, Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific has also contracted to acquire a number of rooms and the common areas in the resort from Moss Capital who today acquired the freehold land including the common areas and 74 villas.
