7, 2012) – Pegasus Solutions has
named chief web officer, David Millili, to chief executive
officer, effective immediately. Millili will succeed Mike Kistner, who
will be
leaving the company.

Previously, Millili served in dual roles as chief web officer of Pegasus Solutions and chief executive officer of Open Hospitality, a division of Pegasus.
