of Three New Management Contracts for a Total of 800 Rooms

North Palm Beach, FL – June 25, 2012 – In less than two weeks, Driftwood Hospitality Management (www.TheDriftwoodDifference.com) has added more than 800 rooms to their already diverse portfolio, with the announcement of three new management contracts. Following the conclusion of the 2012 NYU International Hospitality Industry Investment Conference, which was held June 3-5, the company today announced its newest additions, which include the 122-room Hampton Inn Daytona Beach Speedway – Airport, the 500-room Crowne Plaza Colorado Springs and the 187-room Four Points by Sheraton Leominster.

“We are always looking to see what can be improved from a consumer, manager and ownership standpoint, so our first order of business will be to evaluate these properties and stabilize the assets in their respective markets,” said David Buddemeyer, President at Driftwood Hospitality Management. “We look forward to helping these hotels, and their teams, achieve their full potential.”
