January 26, 2010 Planning/Approval
As of late January 2010, the project is under development.
March 15, 2010
Contact/Confirmation
On 3/15/10, a representative from the city of Irvine (CA)
confirmed that James Mickartz Architects is the architect and MCE
Consultants,
Inc. is the engineer for this project. At this time, only the
conditional use
and grading permits have been issued.
March 17, 2010
Bid/Award
On 3/17/10, a representative from James Mickartz Architects
stated that a general contractor has not yet been selected for this
project.
The Chhatrala Group is currently working to secure funding for this
project.
The project will be put out to bid once all funding is obtained, which
is
expected to occur by the end of 2010.
December 22,
2010 Planning/Approval
On 12/22/10, James Mickartz stated that the project was
still working on their plan check. They were originally slated to begin
construction late 2010. However, the construction has been pushed back
to
spring 2011. Currently, no general contractor has been selected yet for
construction.
June 23, 2011 Planning/Approval
On 6/23/11, a representative from the Chhatrala Group stated
that a general contractor has not yet been selected for this project,
which is
still in the design development stage.
November 8, 2011 Planning/Approval
On 11/8/11, a representative from MCE Consultants, Inc.
stated that this project is still in the design phase and a general
contractor
has not been selected.
June 1, 2012 Planning/Approval
On 6/1/12, a representative from Chhatrala Group confirmed
this project is still in the planning and design phase. There is
currently no
general contractor on board.
