Crestline Hotels & Resorts Appoints Marianne Alberti as General Manager
for the 175-suite Homewood Suites by Hilton in Washington, DC

WASHINGTON, April 9, 2012 -- Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc. today announced the appointment of Marianne Alberti to General Manager for the Homewood Suites by Hilton, Washington, DC. The 175 one and two bedroom extended stay suite property is in the heart of NW Washington, DC on Massachusetts Avenue and within walking distance to many businesses, government offices, and attractions.

Ms. Alberti joins Crestline Hotels & Resorts from Modus Hotels where she was the General Manager at the Colony South Hotel, Clinton, MD. She brings more than 16 years of hospitality industry management and operations experience having also held management positions at the Washington Suites Georgetown, Washington, DC, and the Lincoln Suites Downtown, Washington, DC. She began her hospitality career as the Director of Human Resources for Hospitality Partners Hotels.

Ms. Alberti holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She is a founder of Women in Lodging, Washington, D.C and served on the Board of Directors of the Hotel Association of Washington, D.C. and has been a high school student mentor. The Homewood Suites by Hilton, Washington, DC
Perfect for business or leisure, the extended stay hotel is located near the White House, in walking distance to the McPherson Square metro Station, as well as in close proximity to the Smithsonian Institute, the Washington Monument, the National Zoo and the other area attractions.
