Sage Hospitality Names Jan Lucas as General Manager for the
196-room JW Marriott Denver Cherry Creek in Colorado

The JW Marriott Denver Cherry Creek is pleased to announce that Jan Lucas is now serving as the General Manager.

Lucas has been with Denver’s Sage Hospitality, which manages the JW Marriott Denver Cherry Creek, since2003. She most recently served as a Divisional Vice President overseeing multiple properties, including several in Sage’s Premier & Lifestyle Division. Prior to that, she was the General Manager of the Residence Inn Denver City Center and the Courtyard Denver Downtown.

A graduate of the University of Kansas, Lucas spent 15 years with Marriott International before joining Sage Hospitality, including serving as Area General Manager and Director of Sales and for the Residence Inn Denver Downtown.

Since joining Sage Hospitality, Lucas has been instrumental in helping to develop Sage’s PJ Party and PJ Day, a major annual event that has raised more than $2 million since 2006 in support of Denver’s Road Home plan to end homelessness. She also sits on the board of the Colorado Hotel & Lodging Association.
