Minnesota General Managers, Melanie Tank and Keri Erickson, Recognized
for Outstanding Performance by Blue Sky Hospitality

Cambridge, MN, April 11, 2012
…Blue Sky Hospitality, LLC has recognized outstanding performance by two of its General Managers.

Melanie Tank, General Manager, St. Cloud GrandStay Residential Suites Hotel
Melanie Tank, general manager, was recently awarded two awards for her outstanding performance at the St. Cloud GrandStay Residential Suites Hotel which is managed by Blue Sky Hospitality, LLC, of Elk River MN. The first award that Tank received was the annual Sales and Marketing Award.  This award is given to the general manager who shows excellence in the Sales and Marketing program developed by Blue Sky Hospitality.

The second award that Tank received was the General Manager of the Year 2011 Award.  This sought after award is given to the manager who had the overall most outstanding performance on the many criteria and metrics set forth by Blue Sky Hospitality.

Nathan Sieve, President of Blue Sky Hospitality, LLC presented the award to Tank and added; “It is rare to have a General Manager receive both awards concurrently.  Overall, Melanie had an impressive performance in 2011, and is a very deserving recipient of these awards” added Sieve.

Keri Erickson, General Manager, Cambridge Crossings by GrandStay Inn & Suites
Keri Erickson, General Manager, was recently awarded the Mystery Call Award for her outstanding performance at the Cambridge Crossings by GrandStay Inn & Suites which is managed by Blue Sky Hospitality, LLC, of Elk River MN.  Erickson scored a 95.3% on the mystery call program for 2011.

The mystery call program is a sales and call training program designed to increase call conversion and RevPAR at the hotel level.  Blue Sky Hospitality has partnered with Quality Track International to execute a specific call training program for their hotel group. The calls are scored based on Blue Sky Hospitality’s criteria.

Nathan Sieve, President of Blue Sky Hospitality, LLC presented the award to Erickson and added “Keri has always excelled in her abilities to train and execute our call training program. This is evidenced by her 3rd Annual Mystery Shop Award in a row. We are grateful for her efforts and congratulate both Keri and her staff for this achievement” added Sieve.
