Santa Barbara, CA (March 8, 2012) – Invest West Financial Corp. and Pacifica Hotel Company has announced its acquisition of The Belamar Hotel in Manhattan Beach from Larkspur Hotels & Restaurants. The Belamar Hotel joins Pacifica Hotel Company’s existing portfolio of 24 hotel properties. The purchase price was not disclosed.
