Dale has built a very distinguished career within the hospitality industry acquiring his first position at the Grand Hyatt New York as a coffee shop greeter in 1986. After working in other world-class hotels like The Waldorf –Astoria, New York, Dale returned to Hyatt and held the position of Director of Catering for the Hyatt Regency in Greenwich, Connecticut and later his current position at the Grand Hyatt New York for the past 10 years. Dale received Hyatt’s Director of the Year Award in 2006 and numerous meeting planner, Golden Key Awards. He currently sits on the Board of Les Amis d’Escoffier and the New York Chapter of National Association of Catering Executives (NACE).
