RLJ Lodging Trust and Interstate Hotel & Resorts Complete
Multi-Million Dollar Renovation and Renaming of the 160-room
Hilton Garden Inn Los Angeles/Hollywood in California

HOLLYWOOD - MARCH 24, 2012 - A new star has arrived in Hollywood as the venerable Hollywood Heights Hotel recently unveiled its multi-million dollar transformation and become the Hilton Garden Inn Los Angeles/Hollywood.

Renovating and re-energizing practically every aspect of the property, the Hilton Garden Inn Los Angeles/Hollywood has upgraded all 160 guest rooms with new sleek and modern designs. In addition all public areas have been redesigned to capture the progressive style and business-friendly functionality that guests have come to expect from Hilton Garden Inns nationwide. The Hideout lounge – long a Hollywood favorite – was preserved to retain the casual cool atmosphere that Hollywood hipsters and hotel guests have grown to love.

“With this comprehensive renovation project we have successfully recreated the entire Hollywood Heights experience and joined forces with a leading national hotel brand,” said Ken Hammac, General Manager of Hilton Garden Inn Los Angeles/Hollywood. “As the only Hilton hotel in Hollywood, we bring to market dazzling new deliverables that will attract small groups, leisure travelers and Hilton Honors reward club members who want to be at the heart of the action in the most exciting city in the country.”

Located at Highland Avenue and Franklin Avenue, the Hilton Garden Inn Los Angeles/Hollywood is close to many Hollywood attractions, including Hollywood & Vine, the Hollywood Bowl and Universal Studios.

Taking place over a 5 month period, the renovation project enhanced interior design, exterior structure and amenities of the hotel. Every guest room has been redesigned with contemporary luxury that offers an escape from the usual selection of chain hotels. With added touches like complimentary wireless internet access, Hilton Garden Inn Serta Perfect Sleeper, Neutrogena Bath Amenities, 32" flat-screen LCD TVs, and lavish 300-thread-count bedding, guests are treated like a true Hollywood star.
