Dolce Hotels and Resorts Names David Anderson
as Managing Director, Europe

ROCKLEIGH, NJ - March 1, 2012
- Dolce Hotels and Resorts is pleased to announce the appointment of David Anderson as Managing Director, Europe. A bilingual hospitality talent with 16 years of experience managing multi-site operations for Louvre Hotel Group, Anderson now oversees Dolce's growing European portfolio.

From his base at Dolce's new European headquarters in central London, Anderson's responsibilities include driving operational, sales and financial performance across Europe; raising Dolce's brand profile among corporate and conference organizers; assisting individual European property General Managers in delivering contemporary food and beverage experiences within their unique hotel settings; and working diligently to ensure strategic growth for the Dolce brand across Europe. The new London office will accommodate operations, development and sales functions to support the performance and growth of the brand throughout Europe, including upcoming hotel launches planned in Vittel, France, and Belas, Portugal.

"As expansion in Europe is a prime focus for Dolce in the years ahead, David's knowledge and passion for the area will be a key to our success," said Steven Rudnitsky, Dolce Hotels and Resorts' President and CEO. "He understands the needs of conference and meeting clientele, and we look forward to his innovative strategies to keep our properties at the top of our competition."

Anderson joins Dolce from Louvre Hotel Group, an affiliate of Starwood Capital Group, where he began his career in 1995 as Sales Manager for the UK and was responsible for a £13 million portfolio of leisure and corporate clients. In 1998 he was promoted to Operations Manager UK, and managed the performance of 16 hotels. He continued at Louvre for several years, holding posts including: Operations Director UK with financial responsibility for 18 hotels (2000-2006); Operations Director UK & Northern France with accountability for 98 hotels (2006-2008); and Operations Director UK & Benelux with responsibility for 54 hotels across four countries (2008-2009). He departed to begin his career with Dolce at the start of 2012, following two-and-a-half years as Louvre's Vice President Operations Northern Europe.

Born and raised in the UK, Anderson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies from London Guildhall University, where he also studied French.  In his free time, he enjoys skiing, running and playing golf.
