Amanda Morrison Named as Manager of Conference Services and Events
for Hotel Duval in Tallahassee, Florida

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – March 13, 2011
– Hotel Duval, a style icon and the first and only boutique hotel in Tallahassee, proudly announces the addition of Amanda Morrison as manager of conference services and events. Responsible for facilitating events, weddings and groups of 10 to 250 people among more than 7,500 square feet of meeting space at Hotel Duval, Morrison brings a fresh events planning perspective.

Morrison joins the Hotel Duval team as a graduate of Florida State University and previously served as meetings planner at The Association of Institutional Research. Her experience also includes a similar role for the Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence. Morrison is an active member of Meeting Professionals International where she plans and organizes educational luncheons and networking events for meeting professionals in Tallahassee.
