UK Hotel Brand, Premier Inn, Opens Three New Hotels
in Warwick, Coventry and Camborne in England


LONDON, January 18, 2012 -- Premier Inn has announced that is is opening new hotels and restaurants in Warwick, Coventry and Camborne.

Warwick
Premier Inn and its partner company Whitbread Plc have announced plans to open the first Premier Inn hotel in Warwick on 23rd January 2012. The property will contribute over GBP8.5 million to the local economy whilst creating 45 new jobs, providing a real boost to the area.

The brand new 124 bedroom hotel is situated on Haywood Road, just a short walk away from Warwick town centre. With one of the most convenient locations of all the hotels in Warwick [http://www.premierinn.com/en/hotel/WARTHY/warwick ], the new Premier Inn is ideal for those wanting to head into Warwick to visit the famous Castle, the county's Shakespeare Associations, Ragley Hall or to simply explore the beautiful surrounding countryside.

Each bedroom caters for up to two adults and two children (aged 15 and under) and includes an en-suite bathroom, a king size bed, remote control TV with Freeview, tea/coffee making facilities, and a spacious desk area with WiFi Internet access. The site will also offer the All You Can Eat 'Premier Breakfast' in the Thyme restaurant.

Coventry
Premier Inn has announced that it is to open a new hotel in Coventry city centre south on 23rd January 2012. The property will contribute over GBP4.1 million to the local economy, whilst creating 45 new jobs for residents of the area.

The brand new 100 bedroom hotel, Premier Inn Coventry hotel [http://www.premierinn.com/en/hotel/COVBAR/coventry-city-centre ], is just minutes away from the centre of Coventry allowing guests to stay in the heart of the city without breaking the bank. It is perfectly located to explore both sides of Coventry from the historic Cathedral Quarter to the modern pedestrianised shopping area, which features a wide range of shops, restaurants and entertainment facilities. The hotel is the first phase of a new development at Earlsdon Park as part of the converted Old City College building.

Camborne
Premier Inn has announced it is set to open a new hotel and restaurant development in Camborne, bringing a total of 41 new jobs to the area. The new Table Table restaurant, named Trevithick Inn and Premier Inn hotel will be opening on Treswithian Road in January 2012 - injecting a total investment of GBP5.9 million into the local economy.

In line with Premier Inn's parent company Whitbread's long term commitment to the conservation of the environment, the new site will incorporate a number of key green initiatives. Efficient under floor heating will be incorporated in the Trevithick Inn to avoid the need for radiators; solar PV panels will provide electricity and electric car charging points will be installed in the car park. Similarly, LED lighting will be fitted in the reception and restaurant to reduce electricity consumption.

The Trevithick Inn Table Table - as named by Lee Misselbrook of Falmouth - will aim to serve top quality pub food in a great environment. Classic dishes on offer include hand battered fish and chips, as well as current favourites such as chicken fajitas. There will also be a new selection of desserts available including profiteroles and the indulgent chocolate pecan tart. Customers can take advantage of main meals from Monday to Friday between the hours of 11.30am until 6.30pm, with guests being able to add a starter or dessert for a small fee.

The adjoining Premier Inn will feature 65 bedrooms and will cater for up to two adults and two children (aged 15 and under). Each room includes an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath, a comfortable king-size bed, remote control TV with Freeview, tea and coffee making facilities and a spacious desk area with internet access.
