Langham Hospitality Group has appointed Fiona Szeto as the Director of
Public Relations (Asia).
In her new role, Fiona will raise visibility of the company and its four brands namely The Langham, Langham Place, Eaton Luxe and Eaton Smart. She is also responsible for devising and implementing strategic public relations plan to support the significant business growth in the region. Sherona Shng, Vice President – Communications, said: “With the rapid growth of hotels in the Asian region particularly in Greater China, Fiona will play an instrumental role in communicating Langham Hospitality Group’s aggressive development plans to the media and supporting the hotels to achieve maximum share of voice in the market.” Fiona is a seasoned public relations and communications professional, bringing a wealth of experience in media relations, event management and crisis management. Prior to the appointment, she was the Director of Communications of international five-star hotels for eight years. Before joining the hospitality industry, she worked at leading global public relations agency, Ketchum Newscan Public Relations.
