Centric Hospitality Group Celebrates CARINO Hotels and Resorts
10th Anniversary in New York


Annual Conference Presents New Developments for 2012 and Leading Industry Experts

   
New York, NY - January 25, 2012 – Member hotels gathered last week at the Harvard Club of New York City for the Centric Hospitality Group Annual Sales, Marketing & Reservation Conference, which featured the announcement of new initiatives for 2012, a VIP 10th Anniversary Event and panel discussions with the industry’s top travel agencies and corporate travel buyers. CARINO Hotels and Resorts, Qube Hotels and InnPoints Worldwide merged in September 2011, creating the global multi-tiered hotel service and technology company Centric Hospitality Group.
 
“We were pleased to welcome our member hotels and partners to reinforce our long-term commitment while introducing our multi-layered and intimate Centric Hospitality Group partnership at our tenth annual global conference,” stated Joseph Carino, executive vice president of Centric Hospitality Group.
 
During the conference, Centric Hospitality executives outlined a number of initiatives designed to aid the organization’s growth, increase visibility and create additional member services, including:

  • Distribution/Awareness - Emphasis on line/brand extension and co-branding of all services and products;
  • Guest Rewards Program - Centric Hospitality’s StayCredits program, structured to create added value to the consumer while driving repeat bookings directly to the hotel;
  • Technology - Enhancements offering nimble price-point and transparency positioning to both B2B and B2C markets.

Highlights of this year’s conference included top travel industry speakers, agency and corporate panel experts, brand-specific breakout sessions and an invitation only client reception. Centric Hospitality Group partners also had a chance to interact with member hotels during a two-hour vendor showcase.
