Vance is the new director of F&B at Round Hill Hotel and Villas in
Montego Bay,
Jamaica. He was last doing development for Ark Restaurants in
Washington D.C. and New York. Before that,
Vance worked at The
French Laundry (Yountville, CA) and The Inn at Little
Washington (Washington, VA). Vance is joined by assistant F&B
director Deborah Colledge, a Ritz-Carlton vet who was working
most recently in Washington, D.C. The couple started at Round Hill
