FREDERICK, MD – February 21, 2012, SKYWARE Hospitality Solutions, a provider of enterprise property management and reservation solutions for the hospitality industry, announced today that Hospitality Partners signed an agreement to install SKYWARE’s multi-property enterprise software. The fully integrated modules include Front Office, Sales and Catering, Restaurant Point of Sale, and other modules to automate property operations in three of their resort hotels in Ocean City, Maryland. The Skyware Enterprise system was selected to centralize operations, streamline guest service, and enhance staff productivity for the Carousel Resort Hotel (330 rooms), Atlantic Oceanfront Inn (60 rooms) and the Coastal Palms Hotel and Suites (95 rooms).

Hospitality Partners will install the Skyware Multi-Property Front Office, Sales and Catering, Restaurant Point of Sale, and the Guest Analytics. “We selected the Skyware Multi-Property resort software because it is the most cost effective system to handle all of our unique requirements for group sales & catering, Central Reservation booking, spa scheduling, amenities, and multi-hotel rate optimization on a single database platform,” said Michael James, General Manager. Hospitality Partners expects to complete the Skyware implementation across all properties by April 2012.

James noted that Skyware will also simplify their cross-selling capability because all of their resorts and accounts will be accessed from one database. “The Carousel Hotel is a package-intensive seasonal resort and Skyware’s dynamic package capability will enable us to generate more revenue from online reservations,” said James. “Guests can create a personalized resort experience while reserving spa services and resort activities online.”

Skyware Enterprise Solution Suite
The SKYWARE Property Management Suite combines a full-function Front Office system in use by hotels from 19 rooms to 400 rooms with an array of modules that includes an online, real-time reservation engine with integrated yield management to improve REV/PAR throughout all available reservation channels. SKYWARE Sales & Catering -- manages group-convention sales and function rooms, whether at one property or a multiple hotels; the Web Booking Engine - enables independent and multi-property hotels to take manage from a single desktop online revenue opportunities with tools for guests to book their own reservations including amenities like spa services from the hotel’s website. The SKYWARE yield application provides revenue management that makes strategies easy for multiple booking channels at one or more location. SKYWARE CRM includes a custom query writer to generate the information to make effective business decisions for increasing new business; SKYWARE Activities/Spa Services enables resorts and hotels to schedule facilities and services with real-time reservations integration. Also available is the SKYWARE CRS, which supports real time two-way integration to corporate call centers and SKYWARE Multi-Property. The system supports any number of properties on a single server with a single database, or each property can rely on its own server database with guest information files being replicated at the central office database.
