Pioneer Company in Shared Ownership Industry Acknowledged for Excellence with Finalist Nominations

SAN DIEGO – (February 29, 2012) ResortCom International, the pioneer in providing servicing solutions in the Shared Ownership Industry cornered three coveted finalist spots in the ARDY Awards, which recognizes the best of the vacation ownership industry at the 2012 ARDA Annual Convention and Exposition. With over 3,000 attendees from more than 35 countries in attendance including international development organizations, the ARDA World Annual Convention is the premier convention for the vacation ownership industry. The finalists in the competition are selected from hundreds of entries submitted by ARDA members and judged independently in a confidential/blind judging process. The Gold ARDY Awards will be announced April 4 at The Venetian Resort Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.

The event’s theme was “1001 Arabian Nights” and showed a 30% increase over attendance from the previous year.  Also in the running for the ARDY Gold as the HOA Board Member of the Year is Universal Vacation Club Board Member Deborah McPherson who was lauded for her decision-making ability, effective communication well with others (especially when explaining a Board or association rule or decision), the fairness to act as a team player, and the insight to remember that she is a “neighbor” first and a Board member second.
