SEATTLE, Wash., February 13, 2012Noble House Hotels & Resorts, Ltd. - a collection of luxury hotels and resorts - has assumed management of Pelican Grand Beach Resort in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; a partnership with owner, Jefast Hotels, LLC. The resort is the 17th addition to the Noble House Hotels & Resorts (NHHR) hospitality portfolio, which includes properties nationwide.

“Adding to our outstanding collection of hotels and resorts, NHHR’s goal is to enhance the guest experience and make this property the most recognizable beachfront hotel in Fort Lauderdale,” said Mike Benecke, Noble House president. “We are thrilled to partner with this distinctive property and welcome it to the Noble House Hotels collection.”

One of only five hotels directly on the water in Fort Lauderdale, the Pelican Grand Beach Resort offers an unmatched beach experience coupled with Old Florida grandeur. Whether watching a stunning sunrise from private balconies, enjoying a meal oceanfront at signature North Ocean Grille, or floating down Fort Lauderdale’s only lazy river, vacationers are encompassed by the unrivaled location of the resort. Pelican Grand Beach Resort offers 7,000 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor oceanfront event space for every occasion. Attendees escape the ordinary with rooftop capabilities complete with magnificent skyline views of Fort Lauderdale Beach and enjoy a hassle-free getaway equipped for all their post-meeting needs; including “The Emporium,” an old-fashioned ice cream parlor, and specialty cocktails at Postcards Lounge around the zero-entry pool.
