Latture had this to say: “What role didn’t it play? I truly believe each and every successful business person has had many mentors along their path. It usually starts small and as you develop, you want a more savvy or passionate mentor to match your passion for the job. As I find myself becoming a mentor for certain people in my life, I stand by a few easy, quick basics: It doesn’t matter who is around, there is always the 'right' answer. You know in your gut what it is; make it and stand by it. You will always feel good about yourself even if at times you are making the unpopular choice. ‘Consistency of consistency’ is a philosophy I live by." A hospitality industry veteran, Latture has
been with the company for more than 14 years and oversees hotel
operations,
marketing and HR functions for the THG portfolio. As Executive Vice
President, her
primary focus is the management and supervision of all property level
executive
staff and coordinating all national and regional sales/marketing

well as hotel openings. She works with nearly all of the major
