Suites Hotels today announced its top ten percent of 2011. Every year,
the full
service, all-suites hotel brand measures the performance of its
properties
across the Americas. Hotels that achieve the top ranking score highest
in
quality assurance audits (measure cleanliness, condition and adherence
to brand
standards) and satisfaction scores. For the third consecutive year, the
top
honor has gone to the Embassy Suites Omaha-La Vista Hotel &
Conference
Center in Nebraska.
Each honored hotel will receive a trophy and monetary prize to be put toward an internal employee celebration. “The Embassy Suites Hotels brand is known for delivering a consistent upper upscale experience and providing value that can’t be found at another full service hotel,” said Jim Holthouser, global head of Embassy Suites Hotels and full service brands, Hilton Worldwide. “Our team members bring this practice to life in everything they do each day, and our owners contribute by making sure renovations and upgrades are performed to keep the quality of accommodations at a consistent level across the brand,” Holthouser continued. “We are pleased to honor these 21 hotels that strive to ensure guest loyalty at every turn and epitomize what the brand is all about.” The top three performing Embassy Suites hotels – Omaha-La Vista/Hotel & Conference Center in Nebraska, Loveland-Hotel, Spa & Conference Center in Colorado and Murfreesboro-Hotel & Conference Center in Tennessee – receive special recognition with a Connie Award, named after Hilton Worldwide’s founder, Conrad Hilton. The general managers from these hotels will be flown to a national brand awards ceremony in Washington, D.C., in March, to collect their trophy in person.
