announced
that it has closed on the purchase today of the Best Western Plus
Franklin Park Suites- Polaris, in
Columbus, Ohio.
Located in central Ohio's capital city, this Columbus hotel features 64 spacious two room suites with living and bedrooms separated by double doors, each suite offering down blankets, Plush Beautyrest® mattresses, cable satellite television with HBO® and complimentary high-speed, Wi-Fi Internet access, and refrigerators and microwaves in every suite. Guest are welcome to start the day off with a complimentary hot breakfast before taking advantage of amenities including an indoor swimming pool, hot tub and sauna, in-house exercise facility or complimentary passes to Urban Active fitness located across the street, business services and meeting facilities accommodating up to 36 guests. The hotel also features a full service bar with an upscale feel.
Alliance Hospitality Inc. also opened the newly built 104 Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Columbus-Polaris Parkway last month, which is located directly across the street.
