announced today several hotel management changes and the hiring of key
management staff for properties across its hotel portfolio.
Windsor Management Services, the hotel management arm of Santa Monica-based WCG Hotels, is known for providing excellent customer service to its hotel guests and setting industry benchmarks for returns to its hotel owners. It manages nearly 30 upscale hotels across the United States.

General Managers announced
Jay Badillo has been named General Manager of the Crowne Plaza in West Palm Beach, Fla. In this role, he will oversee both a multi-million dollar renovation and a flag change to the Embassy Suites brand. Both are on track to be completed by the end of the year.
Badillo has nearly a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, working with major brands including Embassy Suites, Hilton and Holiday Inn. He began his career as a Front Office Supervisor with John Q. Hammons Hotels in Grapevine, Texas. He served in management positions to open both the Embassy Suites in Rogers, Ark. and the Embassy Suites in Albuquerque, N.M. Most recently he was the General Manager of the Holiday Inn Hotel in Beaumont, Texas.
The new Embassy Suites West Palm Beach will be a sophisticated hotel centrally located to the airport, convention center and thriving West Palm Beach downtown area.
Fred DeLaRosa was named General Manager at the Embassy Suites Detroit-Livonia/Novi. DeLaRosa has extensive experience with the Embassy Suites brand, spending most of his 12-year career at Embassy Suites hotels. He has a track record of double-digit improvement in SALT scores and positive RevPar growth in troubled markets.
Prior to being named General Manager of the Embassy Suites Detroit – Livonia/Novi, DeLaRosa was the General Manager of the Embassy Suites Kansas City Plaza. He also served as the General Manager of the Embassy Suites Kansas City – Overland Park. At both properties he held roles of increasing responsibility, from Front Office Manager to Executive Housekeeper and Assistant General Manager before assuming the General Manager role.
The hotel, with 230 stylishly appointed guest suites, is conveniently located in Livonia, centrally positioned to business in Novi and Detroit.
Charles Senic has been appointed General Manager of the Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Vinings. Prior to this position, he was the General Manager of the Atlanta Midtown Residence Inn.
Senic is a hospitality veteran with extensive industry experience. He served as the Executive Chef at the Windsor-managed Marriott Renaissance Asheville Hotel in North Carolina, where his versatility also earned him roles as the Food and Beverage Director and the Director of Operations. He was Executive Chef at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott in Norfolk, Va; the Gwinnett Place Marriott in Duluth, Ga; and the Aberdeen Woods Conference Center in Peachtree City, Ga.
The Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Vinings is located just north of Atlanta in historic Vinings. The hotel recently underwent a $6 million renovation.
Director of Sales and Marketing appointments
Michelle Apricio joins the Embassy Suites Colorado Springs team as Director of Sales and Marketing. With extensive hospitality experience, Apricio led sales efforts that increased revenue for several Colorado-area hotel brands, including Hilton, Hyatt and Embassy Suites.
Before joining Windsor Management Services she was the Group Sales Manager at Antlers Hilton. She has also served as Director of Sales at the Hyatt Place Denver South, where she served as interim General Manager overseeing all operations at the hotel.
Patty Gibson has been named the Director of Sales and Marketing at the Embassy Suites Cincinnati-Northeast (Blue Ash). Gibson is a sales and marketing veteran with numerous positions cementing her ability to grow sales and lead teams.
Previously she was the Director of Sales and Marketing for the Kings Island Resort and Conference Center. While in that role, she also served as the Director of Sales and Marketing for the Northern Cincinnati Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Tony Sprouse was appointed to Director of Sales and Marketing at the Embassy Suites Denver – Southeast. Sprouse has a broad range of work experience across several top hospitality brands, including Hilton, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn.
Previously he was the Director of Sales and Marketing at the Hilton St Louis.
