the appointment of Kevin Cooper as complex executive chef. With a
passion for seasonal ingredients, Cooper will leave restaurant guests
in amazement, serving locally inspired dishes with worldwide flare that
match the distinguished standards expected at the resorts.
Chef Cooper brings with him a plethora of culinary experience. Boasting a 20-year history in the culinary realm, he has acquired a vast knowledge of the hospitality industry, having worked in several notable kitchens around the world. Originally, Cooper was a chef for cruise lines based in Monte Carlo and England, and then welcomed the opportunity as the executive chef for Hyatt properties located in Aruba, Grand Cayman, Texas, Illinois and California.
