New RDP users include Condominium Rentals Hawaii, a 400+ unit Vacation Rental Company based in Maui; Treasure Mountain Inn, 56 Unit Condo Hotel in Park City; Mountain Chalet, 100 unit Hotel Property in the heart of Aspen Village; Mayflower Motel & Suites, a 162 unit hotel property in Wisconsin Dells; Smoke Tree Ranch, a private lodging facility in Palm Springs, CA; Indy’s Hotel & Condominiums which will be managing privately owned Condo units within the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, NV; Aviawest at Rosedale, the 4th of six properties managed by AviaWest; and Sandy Point Resorts in Ambergris Caye, Belize. Also installing RDPWin will be Stratford Inn & Hotel, a 60 unit boutique hotel in Sycamore, IL; Chase on the Lake and Hotel Grand Victorian, the 3rd and 4th hotel properties managed by Leisure Hotels; Moving Mountains Chalets in Steamboat Springs Colorado; Legacy by the Sea in Panama City, FL; Sandstone Creek Club, a Timeshare Property in Vail, Colorado; and finally the Solsten Hotel located in Trenton, North Dakota. Moving Mountains Chalets in Steamboat Springs, Colorado specializes in luxury vacation lodging and hospitality services. “With our many five star properties and personal concierge services for each guest, the RDP Software was a perfect fit for our company,” said Robin Craigen, Owner and President of Moving Mountains. “RDP was willing to make custom changes to their software to fit our unique needs; no other software providers were able to offer us this service.” The Solsten Hotel in Trenton, North Dakota is a brand new facility that was built to help support the influx of oil workers in North Dakota.
