PASADENA, Calif. – December 6, 2011 – The Langham Huntington, Pasadena is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Joyce Cachapero as Associate Director of Leisure Business and Ms. Nicole Andrews as Catering Sales Manager.  Each brings a significant amount of hospitality experience to the property, which will continue to strengthen The Langham’s sales efforts and further support its growing brand in the U.S.

Joyce Cachapero is joining The Langham Huntington, Pasadena as Associate Director of Leisure Business where she will manage the hotel’s leisure travel segments and key relationships in the travel industry market.  Ms. Cachepero was most recently the Director of Transient Sales for The Alex Hotel in New York where she represented the hotel remotely, based in California.  Previously she was a senior sales manager with the Hilton Times Square in New York, and has held a number of sales manager positions in New York and Chicago. She attended the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she received a B.S. in Liberal Arts and Sciences.

Nicole Andrews is joining the hotel’s Catering Sales Team as Catering Sales Manager.  She comes to the property with an extensive catering sales background selling New York City luxury hotels as Senior Catering Manager for The New York Helmsley Hotel and The Ritz-Carlton, Battery Park.  She was most recently the Food & Beverage Director at The Beekman Tower Hotel in New York. Ms. Andrews attended the University of Massachusetts, Amherst where she received a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant and Travel Administration, and the Glion International Hospitality School in Leysin, Switzerland.
