Provenance Hotels Appoints Klaudio Simic as Vice President of Operations
December 15, 2011 – PORTLAND, Ore. – Provenance Hotels is pleased to announce the promotion of Klaudio Simic to Vice President of Operations. A veteran of Provenance Hotels, Simic joined the company in 2004 and has served as general manager at both of the brand’s award-winning boutique properties in Portland, the Hotel Lucia and the Hotel deLuxe.
In his new role, he will oversee operations, revenue generation, cost and quality management, capital planning and new initiatives for Provenance Hotels’ five owned and operated properties in Portland, Ore., Seattle and Tacoma, Wash., and Nashville, Tenn.

Simic has more than a decade worth of hotel and resort experience in senior management positions involving all aspects of rooms and operations. Prior to joining Provenance Hotels, he managed front office operations and transportation for the 700-room Doubletree Hotels Jantzen Beach/Columbia River and its more than 50,000 square feet of meeting space.
